If you are unsatisfied with your Stargraph device within 60 days, you can ship it back to us
and we will refund you the original cost. Please contact support by emailing support@stargraph.net and we will begin the refund process.

2. We will provide the address you can ship the device to
3. Once you have initiated the process, we will offer a full refund
