Calibrating Stargraph

You only need to do this once unless you move Stargraph to a different spot on your telescope, or a different telescope altogether.

  1. Begin by mounting Stargraph to your telescope.
  2. Follow the on-screen prompts.

Note: If you are unsure what kind of telescope you have, check out our related guide for identifying your telescope type.

  1. When asked to tilt the telescope up, it is important to be precise. Any left or right motion may produce a bad calibration.
  2. Similarly, when asked to sway left and right, it is important to be precise.
  3. After you follow all the prompts, Stargraph will run a quick self-check to verify the calibration is good.

Stargraph is now calibrated!
