Device Won't Pair

Stargraph uses the BLE protocol to communicate with your smartphone. It is supported by all modern iOS (15+) and Android (16+) mobile devices.

At this time, we do not support tablets.

What to look for

If you are unable to pair with your device, check the following things:

  • Is the device turned on? You can tell it's turned on when the power button glows red.
  • Is the device in pairing mode? To enter pairing mode, shake the device until the power button begins to blink.
  • Have you paired to Stargraph before? If you have, try going into your phones Bluetooth menu and "forgetting" Stargraph in the list of devices.
